In order to ensure product quality, clarify the product quality responsibilities of both buyers and sellers, ensure product quality is qualified, and ensure product safety, the following guarantees are specially made:
1. The quality of the products provided by our company shall be implemented in accordance with the technical standards stipulated by the purchaser in principle. When the purchaser does not have a technical standard, our company will implement it in accordance with the current national standards to ensure the stability and progressive improvement of product quality.
1. The company guarantees that the products supplied meet the legal quality standards and is responsible for the quality of the products. When necessary, the buyer is provided with necessary quality information, such as product inspection reports and other relevant information.
2. The company's product packaging, registered trademarks, etc. comply with relevant national regulations.
3. The company guarantees that during the normal use of the end user, the product will indeed be repaired or replaced free of damage caused by materials or manufacturing failure.
4. The company only provides quality assurance for the products produced by the company. Other non-direct losses during the use of the user, such as loss of shutdown, additional economic losses, and reputation loss, are not covered by the guarantee.
5. Guarantee period
5.1 Starting time: The date of arrival at the end user in China and the date of arrival of the goods in the port of the country of purchase.
5.2 The guarantee period is one year or the cumulative working time is 2000 hours. The main components include: controller, walking motor, steering motor, oil pump jack, hydraulic station. Except for the main components specified in Article 5.2 (such as: batteries, handles, chains, masts, bearings, pedals, etc.), the warranty period is 5-6 months or the cumulative working time is 1000 hours.
6. Guaranteed prerequisites:
When the purchaser requires free replacement parts, they must provide clear pictures of the damaged parts, and attach the written materials with the abnormal phenomena and cause analysis during the user's operation process and confirmed by the user's signature. After analysis and confirmation by the company, it will be replaced, and the damaged parts after the replacement must be returned to the company.
7 Scope of responsibility:
7.1 Ensure that all damaged or defective parts are within the warranty period. Repairs and replacement parts outside the warranty period are not covered by this warranty.
7.2 Product quality problems caused by the purchaser's improper storage and maintenance of the product or failure to operate according to the instructions and natural disasters are not within the scope of this warranty.
7.3 Without the company's permission, the user repairs or replaces the product on its own, or the user does not use the company's parts and components during the repair caused by the company, and the product quality problems are not covered by this warranty.
7.4 Product quality problems caused by external reasons such as: impact during operation and corrosion by chemicals are outside the scope of this warranty.
7.5 Parts that can be restored to serviceability after commissioning or simple maintenance are not covered by this warranty.
8 Consumable parts that are not in the scope of this warranty and need to be replaced normally:
Various oils such as hydraulic oil, lubricants, electrical appliances such as wiring harnesses, connectors, fuses, relays, various switches, and other types such as wheels, bolts, nuts, screws, washers, gaskets, glass products, Seals, etc.
3. The product quality guarantee shall take effect when the supply contract is signed by both parties, and shall be terminated when the business is terminated. The company reserves the right of final interpretation.
