The forklift universal transmission is composed of a universal joint fork, a cross shaft assembly, etc., and its role is to transmit the power of the transmission to the main reducer. The transmission shaft has large transmission torque, high speed and heavy work. Therefore, although the structure is not complicated, the technical requirements are high. Otherwise, there will be chattering, squeaking, falling off and broken shafts.
The universal drive of the forklift should be tight and full, the bolts should be fully tightened, the assembly angle should be correct, the lubrication should be good, and there should be no vibration during driving and no abnormal noise. Therefore, in the use of forklifts, Lichi reminded that the drive shaft should be carefully maintained, and problems must be dealt with in time.
When the forklift is running, the drive shaft must bear a large torque and impact load, and it must rotate at high speeds at the same time. With constant vibration, its lubrication conditions are poor, so it is prone to wear, deformation and damage, which may cause abnormal work and abnormal noise. And shaking. When the forklift starts, if the body trembles, there is an impact sound of "Gala. Gala"; you can also hear a periodic sound of the chassis while driving. The faster the speed, the louder the sound. In severe cases, the cab vibrates and holds the steering wheel with numb hands. The reasons are as follows: the universal joint cross shaft and the needle are worn loose or the needle is broken; the fixing screws of each connecting part are loose. Bending deformation of transmission shaft, etc. When encountering the above faults, you can go to the bottom of the car to check whether the connecting screws are loose, and shake the drive shaft with your hands to detect the worn parts; raise the rear wheel and rotate the gear to observe the vibration and abnormal sound of the drive shaft. ; You can also check the deformation of the transmission shaft on the dial indicator of the vehicle, and after repairing the cause, repair it separately.
Once the dynamic balance state of the transmission shaft assembly is destroyed, it will be subjected to additional dynamic load caused by centrifugal force during work, which is prone to bending deformation, causing vibration noise of the transmission shaft, increasing dynamic load, reducing transmission efficiency and accelerating the damage of parts. The accidental impact of the transmission shaft during use, knocking deformation during disassembly, and damage to the mutual position accuracy of the parts after surfacing, etc., will cause the center of rotation mass of the transmission shaft assembly to deviate from the rotation axis, and destroy its balance performance.
During maintenance, the cross bearing should be filled with grease; check the cross bearing for looseness, put the transmission in neutral, release the parking brake, hold the drive shaft shaft tube tightly with both hands, and turn it sharply from left to right, there should be no obvious The amount of looseness, if necessary, dismantle and repair. During the maintenance of the drive shaft, Lichi reminded that it is also necessary to check whether the fasteners are firmly fixed, the appearance and bending of the drive shaft, and repair if necessary.
Before repairing and assembling the drive shaft, all its parts must be cleaned, especially the oil passages, journals and needle bearings of the cross shaft. It should be washed with clean kerosene and blown with compressed air. The mating surface is coated with grease, and the mating mark is installed. After the universal joint is installed, it should be flexible to rotate without obvious gaps and no card issuance.
CPCD50 forklift gearbox and drive axle are connected by drive shaft. This type of forklift drive shaft is composed of flange fork, universal joint, cross shaft and bearing. The cross shaft is equipped with a lubricating oil cup, which can be filled with lubricating oil to lubricate each bearing. When the cross shaft has too much clearance in the needle bearing, the transmission pump should be disassembled and the cross shaft or needle bearing should be replaced according to the wear and tear (must be replaced in pairs). Bearing lubrication should use lithium-based grease. According to Lichi, it is forbidden to lubricate with thick grease (such as calcium-based grease), because the use of thick oil will accelerate the wear of bearings or cross shafts.
