Dongguan Forklift Safety Operation Regulations are operating procedures formulated to ensure that forklift drivers operate forklifts safely, accurately, standardized and effectively. This regulation stipulates the operation specifications of the forklift driver in various links such as starting, driving, loading and unloading.
According to the "People's Republic of China Safety Production Law", "Special Equipment Quality Supervision and Safety Supervision Regulations", "In-plant Motor Vehicle Safety Management Regulations", "Special Equipment Registration and Use Management Regulations", "In-Enterprise Motor Vehicle Drivers" Combined with the actual development of the following operating procedures. All employees are required to strictly comply with relevant national laws and regulations and the scope and methods of use of various facilities and equipment.
In order to strengthen the safety of forklift operation, this safety regulation is specially formulated.

1.2. It is strictly forbidden to drink and drive, do not eat, chat, use mobile phones and walkie-talkies while driving.
2.1. Before starting the vehicle, check the starting, sound signal, battery circuit, operation, braking performance, fork, and tires to keep them in good condition.
2.2. When there is a mechanical problem, you cannot repair it yourself. Switch off the truck and inform the mechanic.
2.3 When starting, check whether there are people and obstacles around, and then start the horn.
2.4 When the forklift starts with the load, the driver should first confirm that the load is stable and reliable. Start slowly and steadily.
3.1 When the forklift is in operation, no one is allowed to get on or off the vehicle. It is strictly forbidden to stand on the fork. When a forklift assistant is really required to work, a dedicated basket for the forklift should be provided, and the fork should be forkd into a dedicated fixing slot under the basket.
3.1.1. Persons working in the hanging cage: the number does not exceed 2 people, they must wear safety helmets and safety belts, and all tools are packed in the tool bag to avoid falling.
3.1.2 During forklift operation, the forklift driver:
188.8.131.52. If the nature of aerial work is basically non-hazardous work such as inventory and labeling, the forklift driver should not leave the forklift in order to provide timely assistance;
184.108.40.206. If it is necessary to use metal tools for maintenance of lamps and pipelines, the forklift driver can choose to wear a helmet and sit in the cab to assist; or he can choose to leave the forklift cab and walk 8 to 10 meters Wear safety helmets for safety supervision, remind pedestrians to detour and warn unrelated personnel not to operate the forklift.
220.127.116.11 The forklift can only move after the safety frame is placed below 2 meters
3.2, except loading and unloading, you must drive on the right;
3.3 The load fork is 50-150 mm above the ground when no-load; the height of the cargo off the ground must not be greater than 500 mm when the load is running, and the lifting mast must be tilted back to the limit.
3.4.If there is someone in front of you, you should honk your driving directions;
3.5, Three forklift trucks should be kept at a safe distance from other forklift trucks, except when the forklift trucks will meet;
3.6, at intersections or narrow intersections, be careful and slow, and honk at any time to prepare to stop;
3.7. When entering or leaving the operation site or on the road, pay attention to whether there are any obstacles in the sky. In non-emergency situations, do not make sharp turns and brakes;
3.8 When driving on a ramp,
3.8.1 Empty Car Going Up and Down the Slope – If you are driving on an empty car on an incline, you need to go back uphill and the fork travels downhill. This way the center of gravity will fall on the front wheel.
3.8.2 Up and down slopes when loading cargo – If the load is carried on a slope, the fork needs to be used to move forward uphill and backward to exercise downhill. In this way, the center of gravity will also fall on the front wheel, and no U-turn on the slope is allowed under any circumstances;
3.9 Forklifts are not allowed to overtake in principle, but when overtaking a parked vehicle, slow down the horn and watch carefully to prevent the vehicle from suddenly starting or someone jumping off the vehicle.
4.1 It is strictly forbidden to drive with overload or partial load.
4.2. During loading and unloading, that is, from the time when the load on the fork starts to the time when the load is stable and the other is opposite, the brake must be activated.
4.3. The operation speed should be slow. Impact loading of goods is strictly prohibited.
4.4 Obey the "seven inaccuracies"
4.4.1 It is not allowed to lift the cargo for long distance driving (higher than 500 mm).
4.4.2 It is not allowed to use a fork to turn over the pallet and use the brake inertia to unload.
4.4.3 It is not allowed to directly transport dangerous goods.
4.4.4 No single fork operation is allowed.
4.4.5 It is not allowed to use inertia to load and unload cargo.
4.4.6 It is forbidden to use a fork to carry people to work. It is strictly prohibited to stand under the fork and carry out maintenance work after the fork is lifted.
4.4.7 It is not allowed to use a forklift to tow other vehicles. If a forklift is really needed, it must be approved by the director of the administrative team.
4.5 It is forbidden to suspend the cargo in the air after parking. After unloading, the fork should be lowered to the normal driving position before driving.
4.6. When carrying a fork, the weight of the cargo shall be shared equally between the two forks. The cargo shall not be skewed, and one side of the cargo shall abut against the blocking shelf. Small pieces of goods should be placed in the collection box (board) to prevent falling. The forklift must not obstruct the driver's line of sight. If the driver's line of sight is blocked, he should drive slowly backwards. If he encounters an uphill slope, he should not drive backwards. One person should direct the forklift to move forward.
4.7. When the fork is approaching or evacuating items, the speed should be slow and stable. Be careful not to crush the wheels, stows (pallets) and forks on the wheels, and do not scratch the items to support the personnel.
4.8 When forklift is lifting or moving, no one is allowed to stand on the fork to hold objects or play a balancing role. When a forklift lifts or lowers a fork, no one is allowed within a radius of 1 meter.

4.10.Before loading the container truck, you should first observe whether the container truck and the delivery platform are tight, whether the truck wheels are properly cushioned with triangle wood, and whether there are any people in the carriage.Estimate the load capacity of the truck and the inclination of the truck and the pedal After confirming safety, load and unload.
4.11 The goods or facilities should be reported truthfully if they are found or damaged.
4.12 In order to protect the driver, the forklift is equipped with an overhead protection device. Driver's body, including hands and feet, should be protected

When parking, the fork should be lowered to the bottom, the brakes should be tightened, and the circuit should be cut off. It cannot be parked on a section with a longitudinal slope greater than 5%.
5.2. Do not park forklifts near emergency aisles, entrances and exits, and fire protection facilities.
5.3 When the forklift is not in use temporarily, the power should be turned off and the brakes should be pulled.
6.1 When using the charger, choose the charger that is compatible with the forklift, and handle it lightly.
6.2 After charging, the power should be turned off first, then the charger plug should be pulled out, and the charger should be hung up. It is strictly forbidden to place it on the ground.
